What Type Of Exercise You Should Pick Up Based Off Your Horoscope This Year

Finding the time to exercise can be tricky enough, but finding the perfect exercise for you and your body can be almost impossible, especially if you don’t know what kind of exercises are out there. There’s far more to exercising than simply putting on a pair of joggers and bracing the outside world, or even picking up a couple of weights and going to town. There are plenty of different exercises out there that can meet your every need and when it comes to how you want your body to be shaped and sculpted. If you’re looking to get back into shape, or are bored of doing the same workout routine every day, then here are some exercises you should try based on your horoscope this year!

Aries – Kick-boxing

We all know Aries are chock-full of raw power and have an endless amount of energy. That’s why this is the year to channel all of that into an exercise that is not only fun, but will get you into shape in no time. Kick-boxing is one of those exercises that takes your complete and undevoted attention, even if you are at a beginner’s level. That’s why this type of exercise is perfect for an Aries! It’ll not only teach discipline, but self-control! Give it a try this year and you won’t be disappointed!

Taurus – Jogging

This is the year for all you Tauruses out there to truly challenge yourself and get out of your comfort zone. Jogging takes a lot of energy and control, and running in front of the people can be a tad bit scary if you haven’t done it before or don’t have the luxury of having your own treadmill. But trust me, running outdoors not only helps you know your surroundings for later dates, but will raise your confidence in ways you can’t even imagine.

Jogging can also clear your mind and make those giant problems of yours seem a tad bit smaller after getting your blood pumping. While you may not feel great in the moment, you’ll definitely feel like you’ve accomplished something afterward. Plus, after doing this type of exercise for a little bit, you might actually enjoy it once and in a while, especially if you have the tunes to keep you going!

Gemini – Pilates

Geminis are expressive and adaptable beings, which makes Pilates just the thing to try this year for this zodiac sign! Pilates requires a certain amount of discipline that Geminis tend to be born with. But while this exercise can be a bit draining, it can also be very relaxing. Geminis need a bit of balance and stability, and what perfect way to gain that than by doing an exercise that strengthens your core and helps with your body’s balance.

Cancer – Tennis

Tennis is fast, fun, and repetitive, just what a Cancer needs this year. Cancers are great at doing the same things over and over again until they get them right. That’s what makes this type of exercise just what a Cancer needs in order to spice up their daily lives and have some great fitness fun in the process!

Leo – Bicycle Riding

The best part about bicycling is that you can choose how fast and hard you want to go. Leos are always looking to try new things and spice up their life, so having an exercise that won’t get stale quickly is something that will come in handy this year every time they want to hit the road for some light or intense exercise!

Virgo – Jazzercise

If you don’t know what this exercise is, don’t worry, most people I know don’t. Jazzercise is the type of exercise that combines dancing, strength training, and resistance training into one exercise where they play an endless amount of popular hit songs in the background. It may sound a bit extreme, but that’s why this is just the thing all Virgos need this year. Virgos are known for being the hardest of workers, just what this exercise requires! Give it a shot and you won’t be disappointed with the results.

Libra – Dancing

Libras are known for appreciating the beauty all around them. Picking up dancing is a great way to not only express yourself, but build a community with the people around you that will also push you to be the best dancer you can be!

Scorpio – Yoga

For all you Scorpios out there, this is the year to finally tone your body in the most relaxing way possible. This type of exercise is seriously underrated and overlooked. There are plenty of benefits to yoga such as better flexibility, muscle strengthening, better breath control, and of course, weight loss. Scorpios are not only the life of the party, but ready to take on the world around them at any point in time. To ensure your body is strong enough to do so, try this type of exercise!

We all know how in-tune an Aquarius is when it comes to water. That’s why picking up swimming this year will help with any sort of obstacle you might face this year. That, and it is some of the best exercise there is!

Pisces – Hiking

Hiking is the perfect exercise to try out this year for all you Pisces. Pisces are known for being highly tuned into the world around them, making this type of exercise just the thing this zodiac sign needs to keep themselves occupied and happy. Hiking allows us to seek out new adventures and appreciate the nature that grows around us. Give it a try this year and you won’t be disappointed!
