Graphic socks come in many different prints, colors and lengths. Your socks may be the most over-looked pieces in your outfit, since it’s easy to just grab a pair and go. These 5 ways to wear graphic socks are sure to switch up your style, without overdoing your outfit.
Create a feminine, athletic, skater grunge look with graphic socks, to compliment your graphic tee. You can wear classic canvas sneakers, like Converse All-Stars, to mix nautical style with edge. If you’re feeling 90s inspired, wear mixed match socks. Wear jean shorts underneath, or stretchy biker shorts. You can also tie your shirt in the front, to shorten it and bring more attention to your socks. Wear your hair down or in a messy bun.

Wear a t-shirt with a jean skirt or shorts, for a soft, feminine look with added tom-boy edge! A black handbag and matching belt are great accessories to add to your look. Try wearing a black belt and handbag, with matching silver-tone hardware and red nail polish to give your look just the right amount of softness. Classic striped graphic socks match any color shirt or ruffle top. You can match the colors in your socks with the print on your shirt, or printed pants. Striped socks can be found in black and white, red and white, and other primary colors with a white base.

Grunge is definitely in like it’s actually the 90’s! Wear logo graphic socks with Timberland boots and a graphic t-shirt. Grey graphic socks pair well with black, brown and tan boots. Many major athletic brands carry logo socks in black, white, gray and neon-bright sports colors. Try wearing rustic boots with matching gray graphic t-shirt. Add an overcoat, if it’s chilly while you’re out and be sure to keep the accessories simple with studded earrings and a watch. Your nail color can be muted, with gray or black. Or, you can add a sultry color like fire engine red or royal purple.
On lazy days, when you don’t have class, work, or a day party, chill in long graphic socks. Wear your favorite large sweatshirt and graphic socks with your hair loose to lounge comfortably with your feet covered and cozy. You can wear pajama shorts or leggings with your graphic socks and a cropped t-shirt or printed lace cami, for a girly look! Wear your socks pulled to the knee, or wear them scrunched down and slouchy. A pair of white socks will match with any color in your “off-day” clothing collection.

Animal print always adds spice to an outfit. If you don’t want to wear too much print, keep your shirt and pants solid colors and add leopard print socks to highlight the solid brown and black. If you want to highlight the socks a bit more, wear a short skirt and cami or sweater, depending on the occasion. If you want to take it up a notch, wear your printed socks with open-toe sandals and a mini skirt. You can wear the open-toe and socks with slim jean pants or leather leggings. Wear a long turtleneck sweater, with shorts, printed socks and boots for a cute fall look.
