Mason jars are perfect for creating single serving smoothies. It is always a pain when trying to make a smoothie, to have to get the whole pitcher dirty. The only time that is worth it is when trying to make margaritas. This problem can be instantly solved simply by using a mason jar. Ever wanted to take a salad for lunch? Normal containers are just not made for holding salads. They can be bulky when trying to fit a container into a lunch box. To make your own mason jar cup you will need a mason jar with a lid, a drill, and a straw. This craft is so simply. Just drill a hole into the lid of the mason, around the size of the straw. Then your mason jar is ready for poolside sipping.

4. Bathroom Storage – Create A Mason Jar Organizer

Mason jars are wonderful for storing bathroom things. Mason jars are perfect for holding tooth brushes, cotton swabs, cotton balls, flossers, even tampons. To save counter space create a mason jar organizer to hang on the wall in the bathroom. This can be down in various ways. Begin with an old piece of wood, and stain or paint to desired color. These environmentally friendly air fresheners will save anyone tons of money, and are better for our health. Grab a mason jar and a piece of fabric that can fit over the mouth of the mason jar. Fill the mason jar with baking soda, but a little less than a fourth of the way. Then add whatever essential oil scent until you get the desired strength of the scent. Place the fabric over the mouth of the jar, and then secure the piece of fabric with a rubber band.
