Ways To Rock Your Scarf This Winter

There are so many ways that you can rock a scarf this winter. There are so many options to pick from the wear a scarf to be fashionable or a way to keep you warm this winter. Don’t limit yourself to the basic way to wear a scarf to introduce your self to other ways to up your wardrobe this winter.

Neckerchief  Tie

You would need more of a square or rectangle scarf in order to do the neckerchief tie. Fold the scarf at its diagonals like you would fold a bandanna in half. Then, once you form a triangle with the scarf.  Take both ends of the scarf and pull around your neck. It is just like the way that you would put on a necklace. Then tie the ends behind your neck.

Regular Hanging Scarf

The most straightforward way that you can wear a scarf is the traditional way. All you need to do is to take one end of the scarf and wrap around your neck. It will leave your neck exposed, but it is a nice accessory to your outfit. If you change your mind, you can just toss one end around your neck when you get tired of the classic look or want to warm up your neck.

The Wrap

The wrap goes around your shoulders. It is similar to a shaw. To do the body wrap-around, you have to make sure that the scarf is long enough. You will not get the same effect from a small scarf. Once you have done this, you will be nice and warm for a while and comfortable. A pashmina scarf is a perfect scarf to use for the tie if you are interested in wearing a scarf this way.

The Pretzel Tie

Fold the scarf in half and place it around your neck. Open up the loop end with your hands. Then take the top end of the scarf and pull through the loop. Take the piece that is still hanging on your shoulder and wrap it under the other end and pull through. Next, take that end and bring it over the first end and pull through the loop. That is it. This one is a little bit trickier, but I believe you can do it.

Side Knot

The scarf is wrapped around your neck, then you tie the scarf around your neck. Next, pull the knot over to the side. If you would like, just puff out the scarf to drape over your shoulder and your back. This is an excellent look over a long sleeve shirt by adding some color or some dimensions to your outfit.

Back Of The Neck Knot

The back of the neck knot is similar to the side knot. All you need to place the scarf around your neck, but with both ends on your back. Then tie the ends close to the neck, and you are done. Both ends should be flowing behind you. Just make sure you are careful with this tie to, one, not tie it too tight, and to be mindful of where the scarf is so it does not choke you.

Front Tie

To do the front tie, you place the scarf on your neck like you would normally. Make sure the ends are the same length around your neck and then tie both sides of the scarf in front of you. Then turn the knot so that one of the ends of the scarf is over the knot and fluff out it out. Now, you are all ready to go. Just make sure that you do not tie the scarf to tie around your neck.

The Toss

Just take the scarf and wrap it around your neck with both ends hanging like if you were to wear the scarf the traditional way. Make sure the ends are even. Then just take one of the ends and toss it over the opposite shoulder, and you’re done.

The Double Toss

The double toss is similar to the toss tie. Take the scarf and wrap it around your neck with both ends hanging as if you were to wear the scarf the traditional way. Make sure the ends are even. Then just take one of the ends and toss it over the opposite shoulder. Next, take the other end of the scarf that is hanging and throw it around the neck over the opposite shoulder.

The Infinity

Hold both ends of your scarf in your hand. Then tie the ends of the scarf together. The scarf should look like a large loop. Take the scarf and place it around your neck. Make sure the knot is on the back of your neck. Then take the scarf and wrap it around your neck again. Now you have an infinity scarf.

The Pull-Through Tie

The pull-through knot is a guarantee that it will keep your neck warm this winter. All you have to do is to hold the scarf at the top of the scarf where the loop will be. Then make sure the ends are even. Take each end in each hand and wrap the scarf around your neck. Then open up the end with the loop and pull the other end through the loop. All you got to do is pull the loose end tighten up around your neck. Just make sure your scarf is long enough in order to do the pull-through the tie.
