Water has so many health benefits but sometimes it’s hard to consume as much as we should. Life gets in the way and we end up dehydrating our bodies without thinking about it. Here are 10 healthy tips to help you drink more water.
Chop up your favorite fruit and add it to your daily water. This will not only give your water a great taste but add vitamins to your daily intake as well. Next time you are at the grocery store make sure to grab extra of your favorite fruit and pre-chop them to make adding them to your water as pain free as possible. Fruit is always a great tip to help you drink more water during the day.
While you are cooking or waiting for your meal, make sure that you drink at least one glass of water. This is a great way into tricking yourself into drinking more water without you even realizing it. This is also a great weight control tactic because you will feel more full with a glass of water in your stomach.

Make sure that everywhere you go that reusable water bottle goes with you so that you can sip it all day long. This will help you drink more water because it will always be right there by your side. Hydrating throughout the day is better than chugging water in a couple of sittings, so try and keep a water bottle with you.
You should really consider switching out soda all together from your diet because that stuff is bad for you in all sorts of ways. However, switching to sparkling water still gives you that fizz without all that sugar. This helps you drink more water and saves your body from all that syrup. Seriously though, stop drinking soda.
Adding foods that have water built into them is another great way to get all the water into your system.
