For everyone, not just college students, finding peace of mind and learning to love yourself can be challenging. Between busy schedules, other people’s expectations and life obligations, it’s hard to take a breath and just live in each moment. 3. Limit time on social media. If social media represents anything, it definitely isn’t peace. Studies have shown that too much time on social media has negative effects on your mind. Instead of scrolling through the newsfeeds on your small screens, occupy your time in life some other way.
