2. Getting Enough Sleep Every Night:

One of the most crucial and evident ways to stay healthy and Boost Your Immune System is to make sure you get enough sleep! Harvard Health recommends that people should be getting seven to nine hours of sleep each night.

As you are asleep, your body uses that time to do critical repair and recovery of your essential functions, which includes your immune system. According to research, not getting enough sleep (seven hours or less) at night can reduce your immune cells by as much as 70 percent.

3. Drink More Water:

Make sure that you drink enough water and stay hydrated each day! Staying hydrated is not only a way to boost your immune system but also a way to ensure your body functions optimally. Every day, you should try to drink eight glasses of water, about eight ounces each.
