Whether or not you’re vegan, sometimes you just need to sit back and watch people talk about healthy eating, manifestation and positive mindsets, sometimes finishing an entire bag of potato chips while doing so. Below are ten vegan YouTubers that are sure to inspire you to go vegan, or at the very least eat an apple and make a glass of lemon water after watching their videos.
Alyse, the founder of Raw Alignment, is an incredibly inspiring girl who features yummy vegan recipes, raw (no pun intended) videos about personal struggles she deals with and more surrounding topics such as minimalism. I would also recommend following her Instagram as she not only posts stunning photos of her radiant self and delicious food, but all of her captions contain heartfelt words of encouragement and wisdom that are sure to brighten your day.
Not only does this youtuber post vegan recipes that’ll make your mouth water, but she also consistently features her adorable family as well as what life is like on the Big Island. Her videos most often feature her and her family making trips to dreamy beaches and waterfalls surrounded by lush greenery, how she and her husband homeschool their children and of course vegan recipes.
From showing what tasty vegan meals she eats in a day to discussing serious topics such as drug addiction and mental health, Kate truly acknowledges all aspects that encompass leading a healthy and happy life. She’s also just a super interesting person that radiates positive vibes and genuine kindness. With a good dose of variation in the content she produces and the central message of self-love at the forefront of her channel, I would highly recommend watching Kate Flowers to those who wish to be both inspired and entertained.
If you’re a sucker for cute families like me, Sarah Lemkus’ is definitely one of the vegan youtubers for you. “What I Eat In A Day” videos, “Day In The Life” videos, and travel vlogs frequent her channel most often. In addition to the plethora of vegan recipes and dietary tips on her channel, be ready for her handsome hubby Dan, daughter Bethany and new baby boy Aubrey to melt your heart in seconds.
With channels in both English and Spanish, Rawvana’s has something for everyone. Created by Yovana Mendoza, this channel is full of yummy vegan recipes, weight loss tips, workout routines, and overall valuable tips on leading a healthier lifestyle. Right when you start watching a Rawvana video, you can immediately tell how passionate Yovana is about what she does and the message she spreads, which makes it super hard not to love her.
The name says it all. This channel, run by the lovely Rose Lee, differs from the others listed as it mainly focuses on vegan eating rather than the general lifestyle. Her channel is filled to the brim with quick and easy vegan recipes, perfect if you’re a college student or just wanna save a few bucks on your grocery trips. Rose also makes meal prep, taste test and vegan hacks videos. This channel is perfect to watch if you are looking for cooked food recipes rather than the raw smoothies and salads that many vegan Youtubers regularly eat.
Personality just oozes out of Cami Petyn, the creator of Supreme Banana. In addition to being one of the funniest vegan youtubers, Cami also has great content on her channel and is home to one of my favorite series on youtube, #veganized. In her series #veganized, Cami tries out and reviews the vegan options of chain restaurants such as Olive Garden, Denny’s and Subway. Eating out as a vegan can be difficult sometimes, especially with family and friends. But this series will keep you in the know about all the possible vegan options out there.
Maddie Lymburner has a super lively personality and features “What I Eat In A Day” vlogs most frequently on her channel. One of the things I love most about Maddie is her consistent positivity, which is always inspiring to witness. She also does “Workout With Me” videos that are super useful if you choose to follow along as they are encouraging from beginning to end.
If you want vegan recipe videos that are straightforward and to the point, look no further than NikkiVegan. Her recipe videos are typically under five minutes, super easy to follow and of course result in delicious meals. Nikki is one of the vegan youtubers with a radiant and bubbly personality, so be weary of accidentally binge-watching her videos, as it is very easy to do so.
Not only does this channel have amazing vegan recipes, but it’s also a good reminder to never take ourselves too seriously and that indulgence is possible while being vegan. As her channel’s name suggests, Emily is laid-back and very honest about what she eats as a vegan. What’s truly great about this channel are Emily’s voice-overs, as her commentary is always hilarious and endlessly entertaining.
