Created by the founder of One Family Animal Sanctuary in Las Vegas, Rachel, and Avi Levi wanted to create a dining experience that you couldn’t find anywhere else. They decided to open Black Out Dining. Located on Valley View, this sensory experience is meant to enhance your senses while you’re eating. You stash your phones and watches in lockers so you can get the entire experience. You’re also offered your choice of flavor profiles and then are served 4 to 6 courses of a culinary journey. Open for both delivery and pickup, POTs is a locally owned Egyptian restaurant that offers 100% vegan cuisine. POTs is the first Egyptian eatery in the Las Vegas area and wants to immerse everyone who visits in their rich culture. They serve authentic Egyptian street food all made from scratch. VegeNation is a chain of vegan restaurants serving up vegan goodness around the country. Most of the time people think vegan food is fussy and difficult to make because of all the substitutes. VegeNation makes good food easy and tries to give back where they can. They work closely with local businesses to source their coffee, tea, cheese, beer, and seasonal herbs.
