10 Unique Exercises To Try Right Now

Even though summer is coming to an end and beach season is almost over, making your family surprised with a weight loss at the holidays sounds just as good. So when you are still wanting to change your lifestyle up but are tired of boring workouts, here are some unique exercises to spice things up!

1. Hula-Hooping

We all did it as little kids, and it might be hard for some but using a weighted or normal hula hoop gets your heart working. Not to mention it is great for cinching in that waist to get the perfect hourglass look. This is one of the unique exercises that burn 165 calories in only 30 minutes for most women.

2. Pole Dancing

Hey if Cardi B and so many others with great bodies got there start as strippers then there has to be something to this pole-dancing craze. I tried it and although it is super weird to look at yourself being sexy, it is kind of fun. Not to mention pole dancing burns 250-300 per class. 

3. Ariel Yoga

Yoga is so nice and relaxing. It makes you burn calories all while tricking yourself into being relaxed. Why not put that in an ariel class? In ariel yoga, you get to work on some inversions and build a strong core keeping yourself above the ground. This is one of the most fun unique exercises that burn 320 calories every 50 minutes.

4. Trampoline Workouts

Do not forget your sports bra for trampoline workouts. This workout will probably kick your butt. Remember when we were little and would jump on the trampoline for hours and get super winded?

Well, it is the same feeling except you are older and probably in worse shape. Trampoline workouts are super worth it because they burn 126 calories in 30 minutes, just from jumping!

5. Sex

Can it get more fun than burning calories for sex? This workout is not for everyone, but if you want to try it out grab a person (who you feel comfortable with) and go have the best workout ever. Try to make it last as long as possible because that is how you burn calories. For women, we usually burn 69 calories **wink wink** but seriously every time.

6. Morning Raves

Morning raves are usually in bigger cities but if you can find one this is a great workout. You get to party like you do at night but for exercise. There is no alcohol or drugs but a lot of fun people dancing and living their best lives. If you get the opportunity check this out, and it burns calories! 

7. Goat Yoga

Cute baby goats, namaste headbands, and a whole lot of inner peace are what you can expect from goat yoga. It is not a normal yoga class, so you probably will not find one at your local gym. However, this is a great way to break out of that exercise rut and try something new. Goat Yoga may burn more calories with the added weight of a baby goat on your back.

Literally, if you climb anything you are going to burn super calories. Whether that is a chain-link fence or rock climbing wall. Anything you can climb is a great way to get strength and tone up quickly. Not to mention your core and arms will be on fire the next day.

10. Handstands

Was it just my family or did all families have nights where everyone would try to outdo each other in weird exercise things? Either way, this is a great activity, just get some space and start small and work on your headstand. In literal minutes you will be sweating and shaking. Handstands are seriously difficult.
