To get the best out of Blue Bonnet I would recommend stopping by between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. For a light and fresh combination, pair a veggie taco with a coconut margarita and for a more hearty and spicy combination, pair a carne asada taco with the orange habanero margarita.

This Mexican restaurant is located on 16^thSt. and Blake St. just a few blocks from Coors Field.
