Iron Man might be dead, but the MCU ain’t. In fact, the phenomena of the Marvel movie is riding high, what with ‘Avengers: Endgame’ set to dethrone ‘Avatar’ as the highest grossing film ever. In fact, most of the grossing records that ‘Endgame’ overcame were previously set by its predecessor film ‘Avengers: Infinity War’. Considering its popularity, we bet there’s a number of you who want to know which Marvel movie your zodiac has been assigned to by a stranger on the internet. So, see below for more details?
Aries is a party-starter, a catalyst, what with their headfirst approach to life. Tony Stark has the same sort of impulsive tendencies, and ‘Iron Man’ exemplifies everything that Aries signs stand for. It’s a film about finding your inner superhero, improving through a crisis, and launching the MCU into what it is today.
A film no one asked for, but through stubborn perseverance, established another Spider-Man for us all to see. We’re not saying it’s bad – because it’s very good, and the new Spidey is a refreshing take on the superhero – it’s just that film studios keep pushing Spider-Man into our cinemas with a very Taurus-like insistence.
The OG Avengers flick, this movie has it all – literally. It compiled all the superheros we knew of thus far, shoved them together in a helicarrier and let all those different powers, opinions and faces battle it out and fight alongside each other. Gemini signs also love to explore many different viewpoints, so it’s the logical film for this sign.
Not the best of the Thor films (because ‘Ragnarok’ exists, obvi), but certainly the moodiest. Not that the Crab is moody, it’s just that they – maybe, kinda – wallow in their emotions. This MCU film wallows in the misery presented in ‘Thor’ as well as the distress the characters shared in the first Avengers movie. So it fits – especially since the Thor movies soon thereafter took a sharp turn upwards in wit and humour. Cancer signs feel happiness just as deeply as they might wallow, after all.
A film that had us all tense with anticipation, ‘Black Panther’ was the centre of attention before and after its release – and with good reason. Not only was it refreshing to see more than just white people saving the world, but it’s also a damn good Marvel movie. Leo signs embody that captivating energy and the heart and emotion that this movie gave us.
Talk about stripping things back. Virgo signs are all about both a reduction and an organisation of chaos – which is Pepper Potts’ job in pretty much every ‘Iron Man’ movie, but it is also what happens to the titular superhero in this film. But to bring it ’round to Potts again; she’s ultra Virgo and this movie honours her Virgo-esque self in iconic fashion.
The film that couldn’t make up its mind if it was a CA movie or an Avengers flick. Since Libra signs like to consider all viewpoints before making a decision, and this film’s central conflict hinges on that very thing – it’s a fitting film for this zodiac sign!
More of a political thriller than the typical superhero movie, this is a film with a dark and mysterious assassin trying to kill a witty ex-KGB agent and a gone-rogue superhuman. All the angst, drama and hidden heart is very Scorpio-like.
Talk about adventure. This Marvel movie took us beyond Earth and Asgard all together. Beyond that, it’s super fun and light-hearted, and while we all know Sag signs don’t like to get too heavy, there’s still an emotional connection there that made us all fall in love with this movie.
This film set its sights high, with a two-part release and the conclusion to Marvel’s Third Phase in their MCU journey. While having Capricorn-like ambitions, this film also delivers us an emotion-packed cliffhanger with many emotional and narrative implications for its characters – just like how some Capricorn signs also tend towards a more introspective life.
While you might not think that ‘Ragnarok’ has the depth of emotional impact some other Marvel movies might pack, you just need to look a little deeper. This is also true of Aquarius signs – while it might look all fun and games, beneath the surface is a big, ol’ heart.
Talk about escaping reality! ‘Ant Man’ is a movie that literally takes us out of this world and into the quantum realm. Since Pisces signs love to be introspective and spiritual, this movie embodies this the most of all Marvel movies (bar ‘Doctor Strange’, but who watched that movie?).
