What Your Coffee Order Says About You

There are two types of people in this world. People who enjoy drinking coffee and the people that NEED to drink coffee. Especially with coffee shops around pretty much every corner, coffee has become a staple part of most of our mornings. It’s probably got to the point where most of us have started to rely on our daily caffeine fix a lot more than we would probably like to admit.

But have you ever wondered what your coffee order says about you?

1. Latte

Latte drinkers are usually very laid back and chill. They have great communication skills and don’t really sweat the small stuff in life.

Sometimes, latte drinkers can be quite basic because they usually come with great coffee art which obviously makes the drink Instagram worthy.

2. Cappuccino

Cappuccino drinkers are caffeine junkies. Not only do they love the taste of coffee, but there is also a very big part of them that thinks they need coffee in order to survive [the day.]

Cappuccino drinkers are often high maintenance, stylish, creative and classy.

However, they are also a perfectionist and often do not settle unless it’s the very best.

3. Americano

Americano drinkers are usually running off 65% caffeine and 45% adrenaline.

If this is your coffee order, you are probably quietly determined, self-aware and hard-working.

Americano drinkers aren’t really in it for the taste. This is the drink of productivity because these people do not have time to waste. They either have very very tough deadlines to meet or have an all-nighter to get through at work.  This is often an option for over-night doctors, university students and journalists that need to stay awake in order to get their work done.

4. Instant coffee

Instant coffee is like marmite but in coffee. You either love it or judge the people who love it.

Instant coffee drinkers often rely on caffeine to make them into functional human beings every morning. But they are also resourceful, smart and savvy. This is because instant coffee is the easiest drink to recreate at home, so once you’ve learnt the method you can whip this one up at home and save your money!

5.Flat white

 Flat white is basically a latte with less milk and more coffee. If this is your go-to coffee drink you’re probably a little bit of a minimalist.  These people love to follow and implement structure and routine in their life. They are simple people that just want a coffee on their commute to work and that is honestly all.

6. Espresso

Espresso drinkers actually like the taste of coffee. But they are also incredibly determined and motivated, quite like americano drinkers – but x10.

7. Iced coffee

Iced coffee drinkers are often cool, calm and collected. These people are often trend-setters, extremely adventurous and enjoy trying new things.

8. Mocha

Mocha’s are often for people that want a caffeine fix without actually tasting coffee.

Mocha drinkers are probably just getting into coffee and using mochas to ease their taste buds before they try something a little stronger.

If this is your favourite drink you are probably young at heart and incredibly sweet!
