1: Pokemon Detective Pikachu
Based on the 2016 video game of the same name, Pokemon Detective Pikachu is set in a world where humans interact with the famous Pokemon. In this family movie, Tim Goodman (played by Justice Smith) teams up with deerstalker-wearing Pikachu (voiced by the smooth-talking Ryan Reynolds) in order to find his missing detective father, as well as encountering different types of Pokemon. 2: Aladdin
Following the trajectory of today’s Disney films, Aladdin is a live-action remake of the famous 1992 animated film. 3: The Lion King
A remake of the 1994 Disney classic, The Lion King brings the characters we know and love to life amidst the backdrop of the African Sahara. The movie centres on the life of Simba and his struggle to become the king of Pride Rock, while battling against his uncle Scar. The movie boasts a stellar voice cast, with the likes of Donald Glover (Simba), Beyonce Knowles-Carter (Nala), Seth Rogen (Pumba), Billy Eichner (Timon) and Chiwetel Ejiofor (Scar), as well as James Earl Jones reprising his role as Mufasa. 4: Spider-Man: Far From Home
The first film to be set after the events of Avengers: Endgame, this family movie focuses on Peter Parker (Tom Holland) going to Europe on a school trip, where he is recruited by former director of S.H.I.E.L.D. Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson) and must team up with Mysterio (played by Jake Gyllenhaal) to defeat a group called the Elementals.
