Some of their most famous rides include Nemesis and Oblivion, which definitely aren’t for the faint of heart. In fact, this place is living ahead of its time – they’ve even got virtual reality rollercoasters! Alton Towers is even considered to be one of the UK’s most varied theme parks, so there will be something to do for everyone. This is one of the UK theme parks that is perfect for both experienced riders and those that are new to the thrill of roller coasters. Regardless, there are over 40 attractions and coasters for you to explore. It’s the perfect family location for a weekend away – the storybook appearance and the familiar characters will definitely keep your younger siblings satisfied. There is also a sea life enclosure and a zoo, so there’ll be plenty to explore. The tickets start at only £29, which is a good price to pay for some unforgettable moments spent with your family.
