8 Things Every University Student Is Guilty Of Doing
If you’re a university student, let us be honest, there just seems to be those things we are all guilty of doing, at least once during our time at uni. Here are my top 8 most guilty confessions I think most uni students can admit their guilty of.
1. Skipped That Lecture And Never Caught Up
Okay, so how many times throughout uni have you skipped that lecture, and told yourself it’s no big deal because you can always watch it online, right. However, when you get home your super busy with life, and tomorrow turns into the end of the week, and before you know it, you are guilty of never ever watching that lecture. Yep, just like many other university students, you’re guilty of never catching up on missed lectures.
2. Always Promising Yourself You Will Pack Lunch Next Time
Yeah, come on how many times have you promised yourself you’re going to save your spare change and actually bring a packed lunch to uni. However, you find yourself with no packed lunch, once again, and guilty of splurging money on lunches and snacks at uni, come on you have to be guilty of this one more than once.
3. Fell Asleep At Uni
I feel like nobody wishes they were guilty of this one. However, it sure does make the list. Even if you only took a nap for a few minutes during that boring lecture of yours. If you fell asleep; you are totally guilty of this one.
4. Skipped A Day Of Uni Just Because You Could
Okay, so who isn’t guilty of doing this at least once during their time at uni. It could’ve been because you had a super early class and just slept through that alarm and meh, decided why not take the whole day off, or maybe you were even a bigger rebel and are actually guilty of a planned day off. If either of these situations sounds familiar, you are sure guilty of skipping a day of uni.
5. Promised Yourself You Would Keep On Top Of Semester Readings
This is a promise many university students make, yet not many can keep. So, if you promised to get ahead of the semester readings to only find yourself reading week two readings in week eleven, right before that exam, or even worse you’re guilty of never actually reading any readings. Well, my friend, you are guilty of breaking that promise to keep on top of semester readings.
6. That You Wouldn’t Wear The Same Outfit More Than Once In The Same Week
You’re running super late and although you promised yourself you wouldn’t wear those same black jeans all week long, they’re the only things in sight right now; sorry to say, once again you’re guilty of sporting those same jeans to your uni class, for the fifth time in a row. If this situation is totally relatable, then you are guilty of outfit repeating, in the same week.
7. Gone To A Lecture And Done Everything Besides Actually Paid Attention To The Lecturer
You know what I’m talking about, you just showed up to that lecture to be on top of things, to only be guilty of spending the whole lecture fulfilling those guilty pleasures, like online shopping, texting, scrolling through social media and even secretly watching Youtube videos. If any of these possibilities are surfacing some of your lecture habits, then you are so guilty of this one.
8. That You Wouldn’t Leave That Assignment To The Last Minute
Lucky last the one that many of us uni students just always seem to be guilty of and that’s leaving that assignment to the last minute. So, if you’ve ever had an assignment sitting there for weeks, however, you just kept putting it off till your up the night before, procrastinating to get it in on time. Then you can tick this off as guilty!
