15 Things Every Jonas Brothers Fan Can Relate To

After a six-year break, the Jonas Brothers are back together. We've stuck by them through everything and our dedication is now paying off.

After a six-year break, the Jonas Brothers are back together. It’s been a painful few years but finally, we can be happy again. There’s a new album and even a world tour. We’ve stuck by them through everything and our dedication is now paying off. No one is more supportive than a Jonas Brothers fan, so here are 15 things every Jonas Brothers fan can relate to, cause we know there are many.

1. The breakup ruining your life

In 2013 when their tour was canceled and they announced they were splitting was quite possibly the worst day of your life. It was a major SOS. You then saw the GMA interview and felt even more dead inside and slightly salty at Nick for ruining everything. You did kind of forgive him when Jealous came out though…

2. Loving them when they looked like this

Bad fashion choices and even worse haircuts.

3. And loving them even more now they look like this

4. “Aren’t you a little old to like the Jonas Brothers?”

I might be twenty-five years old, engaged, with a fulltime job but no I am not too old. And yes I have found all my old merch, posters and CD’s and yes, I am most definitely listening to them over and over again. Age is just a number!

5. Year 3000 IS by the Jonas Brothers

So maybe we do know that Busted wrote and recorded Year 3000 first in 2003 but Jonas Brothers totally made it their own. Even though we do love the Busted version, we are just too loyal. “And girls there with round hair like Star Wars float above the floor” completely makes sense, right?

6. “Isn’t Kevin the boring one?”

No. No. No. No. No. A thousand times no! Kevin is not the boring one and nor is he boring at all. Kevin is an artist –  he plays lead guitar, rhythm guitar, the mandolin, and bass guitar. He’s a full-time business entrepreneur. Kevin founded a real-estate development and construction company Jonas Werner, became the CEO of social media influencer strategy company The Blu Market, created a food app called Yood, and started a partnership with We Heart It. Amazing husband and father! Absolute DILF.

7. “Red Dress

Who knew two simple words could make our legs so weak and our hearts flutter so much. When Nick sings that line in Burnin’ Up there is suddenly no more troubles in the world and only that beautiful moment.

8. “They’ve done more than just Camp Rock?”

And of course, this question is asked with great confusion, uncertainty, and causes mega offense. The Jonas Brother’s have done waaaayyy more than just Camp Rock. 6 successful albums, 2 amazing seasons of Disney Channel’s JONAS, smashed the Disney games, guest featured on a number of TV shows, toured worldwide and made millions of girls across the globe extremely happy. THEY GAVE US LIFE.

9.  Kind of wanting a purity ring

We never properly knew what they were or what they meant, we just knew the three of them had one each and therefore we wanted one. And then when they one by one disappeared being shocked, extremely curious and a little gutted.

10. You don’t like Taylor Swift

You’re all about girl power but sometimes it’s just a bit too much. That girl blasted our boy and it’s unforgivable.

11. The merch was excessive

Posters, bed sheets, jewelry, mugs, t-shirts. The list is endless, excessive and wonderful. Maybe if we hadn’t spent so much money on it back then we’d be able to pay this month’s rent. Oops!

12. Big Rob is your hero

Robert “Big Rob” Feggans was primarily the Jonas Brothers’ bodyguard but doubled up as friend, rapper, actor and big teddy bear. We can only hope he makes some sort of appearance in their reunion.

13. Loving their wives/fiancees too

At first, we were a little jealous but over time we grew to love them. We can only support someone who fangirls as much as we do.

14. Trying to support their solo careers

You were mad. Maybe even furious. How dare they make music but not together. However, you loved them all as individuals too and respected their decisions. Soon became very proud and supportive of Nick’s solo career and DNCE. They did release some absolute tunes to be fair.

15. And most importantly being over the moon when they announced their reunion

No day will ever be as good.
