Eat lunch and dinner as normal, but avoid heavy, processed foods, and try to incorporate some fresh vegetables into each meal.
If you want to step up your green smoothie cleanse, try replacing lunch (or dinner) with either an additional green smoothie or a broth-based soup. If your blender is a bit on the weak side, start by mixing your liquids and greens before adding any fruits or supplements.
