The Power Of Positive Affirmations
So you may have heard about positive affirmations or you may not have. I didn’t for a long time but when I did and I read into them I realised how powerful they can be.
Positive affirmations are sentences you repeat out loud to yourself that you want to come true.
If you have heard about the law of attraction then it is pretty much putting that into action.
For example:
- I will become a famous author
- Today is a great day!
- I am excited about the future
- I love and approve of myself
- I matter and what I have to offer the world matters
People say these things out loud to themselves in order to attract what they desire.
Make things happen by saying exactly what you want and what you believe. The power of words is underestimated by many people however they are proven to relieve stress and produce productivity. They can challenge us and allow us to overcome negativity. Saying them leads to believing in them which ultimately leads to positive changes in your life.
You can use affirmations wherever you want to see a positive change.
Whether that be at work, home, within yourself or with friends. They are more effective when you pair them with goals and other positive thinking.
To understand their true power you have to try it out for yourself.
Have a few affirmations and say them to yourself every morning and every evening. Set goals around them and be open-minded and positive to the change they can bring. They can’t help you if you try it out with a negative mind, so be open!
Allow positivity into your life, believe that if you want something you can make it happen. Be happy, be excited and most importantly believe that everything is possible and you have the power inside of you to make things happen!
