The Best Drugstore Hair Masks For When You’re On A Budget
What’s the big deal with drugstore hair masks? Well, we all know that taking care of your hair is important but some of us can’t afford to spend lots of money on hair products. But does that mean we should leave our hair to get all dry and frizzy? No, of course not. In this article we will look at the best drugstore hair masks you can purchase, while you’re on a tight budget or just don’t feel like spending lots of money.
Ziaja Cocoa Butter Hair Mask
The Polish brand has an online shop for the UK, as it’s currently not sold in stores. We sincerely hope that they will soon expand their shops because their hair masks and products are cheap af, smell amazing and do a fantastic job keeping your hair shiny and moisturised. By the way, they also have it in two other variations – with goat’s milk and with olives. Don’t doubt them and make sure you try them out as quickly as possible, you won’t regret it.
L’Oreal Elvive Dream Lengths Hair Mask
Elvive’s hair mask is very good for dry hair and has a wonderful fragrance. Obviously, as it’s on this list, it doesn’t cost a fortune and the rest of the products from this line are quite good too, so you could try them all.
Garnier Ultimate Blends Coconut Milk Hair Mask
Garnier is kind of known as the king of drugstore hair masks and hair products in general, so obviously, the brand will be included in this list. Their 3 in 1 hair mask has helped me many times when I’ve had almost no money but needed a hair product and it’s actually quite a good one! It leaves your hair smelling lovely and soft.
Superdrug Hair Therapy Deep Conditioner
Although this Superdrug product isn’t exactly a hair mask, it can be used as a replacement for another, more expensive deep conditioning hair mask that we’ve written about before. The quantity is for one use (unless your hair is quite short) but it has lots of ingredients that will leave your hair feeling as if you’ve just completed a round of hair vitamin scheme.
TRESemme Keratin Smooth Mask
This is one of the most popular hair masks right now, probably also because of the price (only £3!). TRESemme’s mask is going to stop your hair from being frizzy, dry and dull looking with the marula oil it contains. Besides, the package is big (300ml) and for that price, we can’t really complain about anything else, tbh.
L’Oreal Elvive Extraordinary Oil Hair Mask
This bad boy has been around for quite some time now, meaning it has established itself as a good quality hair mask that’s also affordable. Elvive continues to offer drugstore hair masks that have a good price and focus on making healthy again dry hair that’s been neglected by its owners. Again, they offer a whole range of Extraordinary Oil products including shampoo, conditioner and spray that will fix your hair’s dullness in instant.
While we’ve put our suggestions here, it’s always good to check the masks’ labels and reviews when possible, so you aren’t disappointed when you buy it. Truth is, you don’t really need to spend lots of money to take care of your hair and these masks prove that! If you need any more advice on budget-friendly drugstore products you can always refer to our previous articles, where we’ve discussed the topic quite a few times.
Are you satisfied with your list of the best drugstore hair masks out there? We hope so but don’t hesitate to share with us your thoughts and comments below!
