The Best Beauty Products For Allergy-Prone Skin

Trying to find good beauty products can be hard at the best of times with trying to factor in quality, price, matching skin tones, how long the product will last etc but if you have sensitive, allergy-prone skin then I’m sure I don’t need to tell you just how much harder all of this becomes! That’s why you need to read our best beauty products for allergy-prone skin.

1. Clinique’s Moisture Surge 72-Hour Auto-Replenishing Hydrator Moisturiser

Now I know what you’re thinking straight of the bat, “aren’t Clinique’s products full of perfume?” Well normally I would agree, yes I think some of their products can be overly perfumed and cause irritation but surprisingly their Moisture Surge line is very cool and refreshing to the skin. Although a little pricey with a 50ml jar setting you back by £36, this oil-free moisturiser will leave your skin beautifully plump and dewy and can even be used on dry cuticles, elbows, and ends of hair.

BareMinerals is a brand we always seem to forget about but no matter how overlooked they may be, they’re always right there for us when we need them most. Prime Time Foundation Primer is the perfect primer for allergy-prone skin. A 30ml bottle will set you back by £25 but will last you forever as you only need a small pump to cover every inch of your face and contains ingredients such as Vitamin C, Vitamin E, and Vitamin B5.

Neutrogena are another brand that have quietly been building a hypoallergenic beauty empire with a whole sensitive skin line that focuses on allergy-prone skin and products that don’t contain any oil which as we all know can be our downfall. Their Skin Clearing Mineral face powder comes in 10 shades and will only set you back around £11. Coming in 10 shades this product is mostly focused towards paler complexions which would be it’s only let down but if you are fortunate enough to find a shade that suits you then I recommend you buy one ASAP as not only does it cover breakouts, it also helps prevent them.
