If you truly want to get in shape and start a healthy fitness journey, don’t you dare touching alcohol, not to mention fizzy drinks. They do no good for your body and nor mind! And if you don’t like the taste of water, you can spice it up by adding fruit, veggies or herbs to it, and make it naturally flavored! Easy Peasy!

Eat Wholesome Nutritional Food

Forget about the takeaways and fast foods, and start cooking food yourself! Find nutritious recipes online or get your hands on cookbooks, plan your meals in advance, make a list of ingredients you will have to purchase and start your cooking journey! The beach body diet doesn’t have to be difficult but you need to be consistent to let it do magic. Remember, about your daily portion of fruit and vegetables as well as grains to obtain the ultimate macros and micros!

Lift Weights

Cardio is good, HIIT is great too but weight lifting is what really helps you get in shape. Walk Or Cycle

Little things matter! Instead of spending coins on public transport or paying hundreds for petrol, get on a bike! Cycling works your muscles, improves your cognitive abilities and helps you lose fat. And if you don’t own a bike or it is not your thing, walking is excellent too! Take your dog, your partner or a friend and go for a long walk together! You will notice your body changing, I promise! Just give it some time!

Mindfulness And Yoga

The beach body diet is not just about the body itself, it is the mental state too! Finding peace within will help you accept yourself better, motivate you to work on your strength and empower you. Mindset is key – you are capable of more than you think! You must take care of your mind as much as you take care of your body – it is essential to find inner peace and listen to your heart. Try meditation – it might be a bit difficult at the beginning but you will learn how to properly perform it if you practice regularly. There is a great number of guides you can check online that will take you through the process. Also, if you are not a gym person, give yoga a try and maybe this will work for you! It helps you focus and reduces stress as well as calms you down. Yoga is great for strength too!
