10 Tasty Smoothie Recipe Ideas To Try Now

Smoothies are a great drink to have after breakfast or even as a drink with your lunch. Here are 10 tasty smoothie recipe ideas for you to try.

1. Strawberry and greens smoothie

  1. 160g ripe strawberries, hulled
  2. 160g baby
  3. spinach
  4. 1 small avocado, halved and the flesh scooped out
  5. 150ml pot bio yogurt
  6. 2 small oranges, juiced, plus ½ tsp finely grated zest

Put all the ingredients in a blender and whizz until completely smooth. If it’s a little thick, add a drop of chilled water or juice then blend again. Pour into glasses and drink straight away. If you want your smoothie thicker or colder, you can add a few ice cubes.

2. Strawberry and banana smoothie

  1. 160g ripe strawberries, hulled
  2. 1 ripe banana, sliced
  3. 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
