You can also add nuts and dried fruit into flapjacks which are healthy. You can make this tasty healthy snack easily and munch on it when you are feeling peckish.

7. Brown bread sandwiches

Replace your white bread with brown bread and make a healthy sandwich. Use low fat butter and add lettuce and tomatoes as a filling, it is healthier than adding ham or chicken for a healthy snack. 8. Organic vegetables

Vegetables are very healthy so why not eat them as a snack instead of just as a side? Organic vegetables are healthier because there are far less preservatives on them. They are more pricey but they are worth it since they benefit your health in the long run. My favourite vegetable snack are carrot sticks. You can even buy pre-made carrot sticks if you are feeling slightly lazy and don’t want to make them yourself. Vegetables are the easiest healthy snacks!

9. Salad

Who doesn’t love a good salad?! The best thing about salads is that you can add a bit of protein in them by adding chicken in it. I tend to make my salads using: lettuce, cucumber, chicken nuggets with mayonnaise. Salad is a great healthy snack to have because it can be quite filling.  If you don’t want to add chicken to your salad you can add cheese instead.

10. Water

People tend to forget about water. Instead of drinking fizzy drinks and juices, drink water. Substitute the bottles of alcohol for bottles of water. Water is not only good for your health, but it is also great for your skin. It takes care of your body on the inside and the outside. It helps you in more ways than one.
