Have you ever had summer salads with strawberries? Check out our list of sweet and savoury strawberry salads you have to try out this summer!

While late spring means the start of long, warm days, the end of exams and preparation for summer festivals, what is really the cherry, or berry, on the cake, is the start of strawberry season. Here are 8 summer salads with strawberries that you should try this summer!

Strawberries are hitting UK markets earlier and earlier, meaning we can use them for lots of yummy recipes for longer. While they go great with cream during British Wimbledon season, first served at the games in 1877, sometimes we need a healthier combo to enjoy our strawberries without an ounce of guilt. The best salads are simplicity itself, so wash and add your ingredients in whichever order you prefer to make an easy but gorgeous meal. Whether you’re a salad purist or a daring gastronomer, this list of 8 summer salads with strawberries will have something to tickle your taste buds.
