1. Tomato Pasta In Walnut Sauce

This recipe is very easy and delicious and you can even substitute the walnuts for almonds if you prefer. Nothing says summer than some good fresh juicy tomatoes!

This dish is ideal also for those who are lactose intolerant or those that want a lighter sauce, it’s still creamy but with a nutty and delicious flavor. To prepare the sauce, you just have to add in a blender or food processor the nuts, some roasted tomatoes and almond milk along with your preferred seasoning, salt, and pepper.

2. Garlic-Shrimp Pasta

This is one of those summer pasta recipes that are so easy you make it a staple in your cookbook. To make this recipe even easier, you can get the pre-cooked shrimps at your local supermarket, toss them in a pan with chopped garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper (you can get creative and add other spices as well).

Pour them over some cooked fettuccine pasta, drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, some more chopped parsley and season with salt and pepper if needed.

3.  Orzo Salad

Orzo looks like rice but it’s actually a very delicious type of pasta mostly used for salads. This recipe will only take you around 20 minutes and it’s that long because you have to chop some veggies and cook the orzo.

While the orzo is cooking, chop some cherry tomatoes, black olives, and bell peppers. Once your pasta is ready just add the chopped ingredients along with mozzarella cheese and season with extra virgin olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste.

4. Penne With Broccoli

This delightful recipe consists of fresh broccoli or your favorite greens and freshly grated parmesan cheese to top it off.

Just steam your veggies while your pasta cooks and once they are both al dente mix them together with extra virgin olive oil, grated parmesan and salt, and pepper to taste.
