Small fake plants are a great dorm room decor item, as they bring the same great colours as natural plants, but require no maintenance and upkeep! They will quite literally last forever! I love putting little fake plants from Ikea or Kmart around my room which gives it a pop of green colour with no maintenance at all required. It is the perfect way to brighten up a dorm!
