Coffee might just be the greatest discovery in human history, and if you agree you may be a coffee addict. To some coffee is just a hot beverage but to you it is more than that, it’s the only thing that gets you through the day, the only thing holding you together, coffee is your oxygen.
You truly believe you cannot function without caffeine coursing through your veins, you need a cup as soon as you wake up or there is no point in you even attempting to leave your bed.
Protein fuels other people, but for you it’s a big cup of steaming hot coffee which you can have for breakfast, brunch, lunch, snack, dinner and a late night snack… maybe even a late late night snack. What is the point in spending money on food when there is so much COFFEE.
Well let’s just say it wouldn’t end too well for them. There is no such thing as too much coffee… is there? Not for a coffee addict.
A true sign you’re an addict is all those pictures of coffee you have on your phone or the Pinterest board you have full of coffee pictures, homemade latte recipes you’ve tried and the coffee quotes you relate a little too much to.
If you don’t get your morning coffee you have a huge headache which you can’t get rid of you’re a true coffee addict? You find that people don’t like to be around you if you haven’t had your coffee because you’re cranky and so tired.
Coffee cake, coffee syrup, coffee sweets, coffee everything! You might even find yourself asking “can you do it coffee flavored?” a lot because nothing tastes better than coffee.
Tea? Hot chocolate? Lemonade? Orange juice? Nope, coffee is all you drink. You drink coffee more than you drink water.
People just have to take one look at your social media to know that you’re obsessed with coffee, you even get asked about coffee all the time. You’re always snapping your Starbucks or Costa drink whether it’s a flat white or iced latte.
