Loving yourself is hard. But if you’re following self love steps such as eating right and exercising, then your body is your body and you should be excited about it. Your body is you and you are perfect no matter what the TV or internet says. You don’t need to look like a supermodel to be incredible.

bodyposipanda is a British self love instagrammer who posts all about her love for herself. Her posts are fun, they’re colourful and they have such important, stand up messages. She posts funny memes, fashion photos, and inspiring images to help everyone become body positive. Currently, bodyposipanda is campaigning to have the ‘flattummyco’ appetite surpressing lollipops advert, which is in Time Square, taken down. When she isn’t bodyposipanda, she is Megan Jane Crabbe the best-selling author of ‘Body Positive Power’.

blacmagic_woman is a freelancer artist and model in America who posts her amazing artistically fashionable posts. She is incredibly beautiful and stylish and posts amazing dancing videos which show her confidence and true body positive thinking. Her art is also very inspiring and creative and shows her ideas of thought.

colourmecourtney is a New York based ‘colour queen’, describing her account as ‘celebrating curves, curls and confidence’. Her feed is all colour, all the time. She wears the most incredible clothing and tells her followers where they find the same pieces to make their wardrobes just as perfectly colourful. Her happiness and body positivity radiates throughout her account and her feed is just so much fun to scroll through to see both clothes and places you wish you owned and could go to.

Tess Holliday is a world renowned American model and body positivity warrior. She founded @effyourbeautystandards, an Instagram account run by her and nine other body positivity warriors which shares photos of amazing people living their best lives. Tess Holliday is also the author of ‘The Not So Subtle Art of Being a Fat Girl’, a semi-autobiographical book to try and help all women to be comfortable in their own skin.

Halle is a self love blogger who shares her journey of eating disorder recovery. She also shows posts of how yoga can be used by everyone as a form of meditation. She is an incredibly strong woman who shares other amazing women on her feed as well as the odd meme or tweet regarding body positivity.

Selfloveclubb is an incredible woman and mother who posts about her struggles with mental health and shows her followers how she is strong throughout her life. She is incredibly open, and with this openness you get a real feel for who she is and how incredible she is. Her son makes regular appearances on her page, recently she took him to a #PRIDE parade to teach him to be accepting of everyone. She is the bomb.

Lovejessicablair

Lovejessicablair is an account to showcase this badass fashionista; she calls herself ‘just a 20 yr old fat babe who loves fashion.’ Her fashion is amazing and the photos of them are incredibly beautiful and artistic. Her looks are sometimes vintage or 90s inspired and are incredible fashion inspo for every single damn person out there!

_kellyu is a self love promoter on Instagram living her absolute best life. Her posts show her as a happy, excited, young woman who is enjoying herself. She is a vlogger on YouTube who posts about her own recovery and hopes that it can inspire other people as well. She tries to talk about things that other people don’t and has some really incredible, inspiring videos and posts that need to be checked out!

faymeredith is an account which is described as a ‘recovery journal’. This account features incredibly artistic and beautiful images of faymeredith, whilst also pioneering for women’s rights, women’s sexuality and body positivity related news. She’s a really strong woman who is fighting all of the right fights. Currently, she is fighting against the release of a new Netflix Series which sees a ‘fat girl’ get slim as revenge. Jvn or Jonathan Van Ness is part of the fab five (from Netflix’s Queer Eye) but is so much more. He is a pioneer of forward fashion thinking and of acceptability. His posts are full of how life is life and everyone should love. He is a huge fan of crop tops and heels and is showing the world that being male, doesn’t mean squat in the true land of fashion and love.
