Having been colonised by the British, Dutch and Portuguese, Malaysia has retained many of the colonial architecture left over from those times. Melaka is a great place to visit if you’re keen on exploring Malaysia’s rich past, housing buildings such as the ruins of a 16th-century Portuguese fortress, the oldest Protestant church in Malaysia and the Stadthuys Town Hall.

The Petronas Twin Towers are twin skyscrapers located in Malaysia. They are by far the most well-known landmarks in the country. Being the tallest twin towers in the world today, the Petronas Twin Towers are a landmark you won’t want to miss! Malaysia is home to many beautiful natural landmarks, including caves, waterfalls, rock formations, parks, etc. These are landmarks unique to the country, with beautiful scenery you won’t be able to find anywhere else.
