Burger and Lobster

As the name suggests, this restaurants serves up some of the most delicious and tasty burgers and lobsters. There are currently nine restaurants of this restaurant chain dotted around London – a big indication that this is super popular and a yummy food choice to pick whilst you’re in town. From crispy calamari and prawn and lobster croquettes with a chipotle mayo to the lobster burgers and a black bean burger options, the menu selection is fairly limited but packs a punch with it comes to flavour. Definitely, a must-go-to-place if you like American diner style food.

Hache Burgers

Hache Burgers are some of the best value and finger-licking tasting burgers you’ll find in London. They’re six branches across London, and they all offer a weekend brunch menu too so makes for a perfect spot should you want either a burger of brunch food. Their signature burger dish is the Hache Chicken Club burger which is topped off with melted mature cheddar cheese, smoked bacon and a fan of avocado. We recommend a portion of their sweet potato fries and drink either their watermelon lemonade or for something more desert-like, their strawberries and cream milkshake.

GBK (Gourmet Burger Kitchen)

GBK is the perfect burger joint if you’re looking for a decent burger under £10. From the classic cheeseburger to the ‘Hot Diggity’ burger which is American & mature Cheddar cheese, chili fried egg, basil pesto mayo, habanero jam, paprika onions, there’s a burger choice and style for everyone. GBK also offers both vegan and veggie options, so it’s not a restaurant exclusive to meat eaters only. They offer unique and delicious sauce combinations to accompany your burgers or fries with dips such as Baconnaise and Basil Pesto Mayo.

This restaurant offers traditional Italian dishes of pizza, pasta, and salads along with an impressive wine list. The unique thing about this restaurant is that they cook and prepare all the dishes right in front of you. With pasta dishes, you pick the option of pasta you’d like and they begin to create it and cook it all within a few minutes. If you’re opting for a pizza, they too make this in front of you, offering you some garnish or extra virgin olive oil to be drizzled onto your pizza pre-oven baking. It’s also great value for money – you can eat an entire Italian meal and be confidently full for under £20 which is impressive.

Ask Italian

There are an impressive eight branches of ASK Italian in and around London so you’ll be sure to come across one in your travels.
