Suddenly, the brilliant schedule you made for getting your assignments and studies done is no longer achievable and your stress has now gone into overdrive. You don’t want this to happen so try and not let the stresshead get to you because everyone works at different rates and studies differently so do what works for you. You can even try and calm down the stresshead and offer them some support because you’re all going through a similar experience and sometimes they just need someone to help motivate them.
