As I have said multiple times before, the summer months are one of my absolute favourites to wear new funky clothes and to try on new colourful nail or makeup ideas. As you’ve probably guessed already by reading the title of this article, today we will suggest to you a few nail inspiration ideas that we absolutely adore. If like some of us you haven’t been to the nail salon in ages, this is your sign from god to ring them. Now scroll down to our nail ideas. They’re cute, fresh, creative and summery! Flower nails give you the unique feeling of (as I’ve said in a previous article) forest fairy. They are perfect for girls who don’t like colourful designs too much because paired with a nude colour, can be very subtle. Flowery nails can also be a nail inspiration idea for any bride who prefers the more natural side of things, rather than the crazy bling-bling.
Okay, so the second of our nail inspiration ideas is full on glitter and sparkle. Because obviously, we need that type of nails in our lives too. Besides, who doesn’t love the reflection of the sun on those nails? They look magical!
White nails can look very polished with almost any outfit and are a nail idea I haven’t personally tried yet. Nevertheless, you’ve seen all those beautiful girls on Instagram rocking white pedicure and manicure it looks really, really cool, especially if worn with a bright colour swimsuit, such as yellow or orange.
An idea I’ve not mentioned until now, matte nails are, of course, still a thing and we’re ready for them more than ever. If you want to be slightly different in the summer months you can switch to a matte manicure.
That nail idea is like a classier version of the matte nails, just because it reminds me so much of Versace, for some reason. Anyhow, there are lots and lots of ideas for gold + black nails and we’re sure that if you’ve decided to pick this combination you’ll rock it.
If summer is YOUR time of the year and you want everyone to know that, then just pick any neon colour you want (pink, orange, yellow etc) and go full on mode, girl! Those colours might be bright but they’re also for the brave ones of us.
If you didn’t know what pear nails are until now, then congrats, we educated you! Pear nails are a relatively infamous nail design, which for some reason isn’t as popular (yet). However, it’s very cute and goes with any outfit, so of course, we adore it!
To be fully honest, we are not sure how exactly we feel about transparent nails. Obviously, we want everyone to paint their nails the way they wanna but we’re just slightly… confused. But don’t worry transparent nail girls, you do you and we still support you! x
