Just as she’s announced that all of the DASH stores are closing down, Kim Kardashian is reportedly launching a new fashion venture, and this time it involves her signature shapewear. Discover the Kim Kardashian lingerie line, which is gaining popularity at the moment.
Kim has always been vocal about the importance of having good shapewear, writing about her love of Spanx on her website. She also routinely wears underwear in place of actual clothing, so it makes sense that her next venture is in this area.
TMZ is reporting that “Kim’s name that will appear on the product,” and that “she’s had a hand in just about every aspect of the line’s foundation.” The publication also claims that sources have revealed Kim is actually working with some of the same people responsible for her sister’s Good American label, alongside FRAME and MR PORTER.
The Kim Kardashian lingerie line including intimates and shapewear, is expected to arrive before the end of 2018, and it apparently “won’t be just a limited luxury brand,” but is being made for the mass market.
Writing on her blog, Kardashian previously revealed that she often wears two pairs of shapewear at the same time, saying, “I wear two pairs that are the same length. I try not to layer two different lengths, because I don’t want there to be visible seams. I want there to always just be one seam.”

The Kardashians just closed the chapter on their Dash stores, but according to TMZ, Kim is gearing up to open a new one with her very own line of intimates and shapewear. Sources say she has been hard at work “developing a new brand that will serve all women,” and that she’s “teamed up with the same group behind Khloé’s successful Good American brand, as well as Frame and MR Porter.” Her new line is rumored to debut at the end of the year. {TMZ}

On Friday, Farfetch announced the launch of its new technology accelerator, Dream Assembly. What has inspired “Kimono” other than a play on Kimberly’s first name? Well, Kim Kardashian and co. recently took a trip to Japan and appeared to have a truly fab time. Not only that, but during her peak neutrals time she announced herself a big fan of the traditional Japanese garb with a post to her app in 2016.
Kimono translates to “the thing worn” and, in the 16th century, began resembling the t-shaped, hanging garments we now today. It was then adopted by Euro-American high society and art circles in the 1900s, likely after a new type of sophisticated and daring Japanese girls emerged at the turn of the century and re-embraced the style.
