Spring has sprung upon us faster than we could of dreamed, and my-oh-my we are ready to start rocking this seasons new fashion trend: pastels. From the likes of Celine, Hermés, Calvin Klein and Victoria Beckham 2018’s LFW, we have witnessed how pretty pastels are this season’s new trend – and we are obsessed! Here are some fashion inspiration ideas for us to be looking our ultimate-stylish and how to pull off pastel!
We all love cooling sorbets, pick ‘n mix’s and delicious macaroons, but did you ever think you’d be aspiring to be just like them? Spring is a beautiful time of year; blossoming flowers, fresh crisp mornings and window-down season. Although it is yet to be summer (if us Brits ever do get one), the weather in spring can be sometimes unpredictable, means trench coats are going to be your best friend for the next few months!
If someone would of told you that one day your favourite 12-year-old bright coloured pants would be making a comeback I am sure you wouldn’t believe them? Well guess what, they’re back! Rocking any colour jean or trousers can be daunting, but this year we have seen how trousers have become so fashion-forward and we can’t get enough! Pairing coloured trousers with a white-tee or a black crop will give every fashionista a run for their money.
What do we love so much about bags? Is it that extra oomph a bag can make to your outfit? Or is the fact we can fit everything and nothing into them? Well now, this pastel trend has gave us all something we just cannot say no too (even if our bank account thinks otherwise) — pastel bags!
As the snow has been a little sporadic in England these past few months, I think we are now all safe to leave our house without hiking poles and a snow-shovel, and can instead begin wearing our most favourite spring heels – pastels! If it is going for brunch with your best-friends, a date-night with your partner or even a business meeting, pastel heel’s can vamp up any outfit and look super stylish!
