I have friends that often complain about their problematic skin and the struggles they face trying to opt for the perfect base makeup products that work well and are also skin-friendly. If you have skin that’s prone to breakouts, it can be very hard to pick the right types of foundation or concealer that won’t further aggravate your skin; even more difficult, picking the right products on a budget! This is the best drugstore concealer for acne that has been tried and tested by quite a few beauty gurus, as well as close friends, that won’t make your skin worse – and they absolutely swear by it!
It comes in 4 classic shades, it stays on when you apply it, and it covers blemishes and scars like magic! I have kept coming back to this concealer to cover my dark under-eye circles (you know, from those sleepless nights we’re all plagued with) and for the price, it works absolute wonders. It’s a very thick, heavy consistency (hence the coverage) so I would recommend your skin is in good, exfoliated, moisturised condition before you apply this. Otherwise, you run the risk of ending up with something called “cake-face” (not a good look!)
As a 16-hour lasting concealer, the product does actually last for as long as you want it to! In addition, the full coverage is ideal for totally covering those blemishes you have a hard time concealing with lighter-coverage foundations. From experience, I can tell you that this concealer is definitely worth the multiple awards it has won over the years!
