Smoothies are amazingly tasteful and refreshing, but when it comes to making them, it can seem like an hours task! Here are 5 healthy smoothie ideas, which are quick to make and super healthy, you’ll more than likely have all the ingredients in your cupboards already!
3 passionfruit’s
1 banana
1 small mango
1+1/2 cups of orange juice
Blend together in a blender, and you’ve got nearly had all your 5 a day for that day!
2 cups of spinach
1 whole pear (chopped)
1+1/2 cups of water
1 tea spoon of ginger
1 tea spoon of lemon juice
This one is super healthy and will energise you for the day if you have it for breakfast!
1/2 cup of raspberries
1 banana
2 medium oranges
1/2 cup of unsweetened yoghurt
Make sure it’s blended together well, you don’t want any lumpy bits!
2 kale leafs
1 banana
1 tablespoon of chai seeds
1 cup of yoghurt
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
Kale is a speed food, and will help wash out any bad antioxidants.
1/2 cup of raspberries
1/2 cup of strawberries
1/2 cup of blueberries
1/2 cup of blackberries
1 cup of water
