-1 jar or container with lid

-1 cup of porridge oats

-1 cup of Almond milk (or any milk of your choosing)

-A splash of vanilla extract

-2 tablespoons of plant based yoghurt (or dairy yoghurt), use vanilla flavoured if possible

-1 teaspoon of chia seeds

-1 tablespoon maple syrup (or any other liquid sweetener)
