Open seven days a week, ETHOS is a pay-by-weight concept that specialises in dishes from around the world, all bursting with flavour and colour. Allergy sufferers and those with special dietary requirements are well catered for with a vast range of gluten free, dairy free and vegan options. There lunch menu has lots of salads and dips on offer. Their only location is on Eastcastle Street, just off Oxford Circus.
Natural Kitchen is an ‘All Day’ concept serving delicious freshly prepared, healthy food & hot & cold drinks to enjoy with us in our restaurants & bars or takeaway from our ‘Food to go’ delis. Their veggie burgers are especially good! They have locations in St Katharine Docks, Aldersgate, Angel Court, Baker Street, New Street Square, Marylebone High Street, Trinity Square, Waterloo Station and Tudor Street. This is definitely one of the best healthy lunch spots in London!

Squirrel is an all day fast casual healthy food and drink concept set within such natural surroundings that even a squirrel would feel at home! On their menu is lots of salads, grain bowls, wraps, as well as hot food like jacket potatoes. Their first treehouse is open seven days a week, a short distance from South Kensington tube station.
This chain can be found all across London. Their concept is fast-food that tastes good whilst also being good for you. Their menu is inspired by the flavours, variety and natural healthiness of Mediterranean cooking. They offer healthy twists on everyone’s notoriously unhealthy favourites.
