Woe doesn’t love avocado and chocolate? Well, mix them together and you get a beautifully soft and rich healthy chocolate mousse packed with essential vitamins and minerals.

You can use whatever chocolate you like depending on your type! Orange, Mint and dark go a treat and work so well with the creamy avocado.

2. Baked Pears/Apples With Chocolate

Particularly for those cold winter nights, this healthy dessert is as easy as it sounds. Simply place the apple/pear in 1/3 cup of water and put some chocolate in the centre.

Place this beauty in the over for one hour and a half and voila! A beautifully soft and heartwarming dessert to warm up you and your friends if you want to share that is.

This healthy dessert is a HUGE hit in my house! Particularly in the summertime. Simply blend up frozen bananas in a blender and bam, healthy and absolutely delicious Nice cream!

The bliss balls are great on the go snack to have when you’re feeling low on energy or in need of a pick me up. Simply blend together goji berries and a variety of nuts with a dash of honey making this healthy dessert irresistible! Add some protein if you want to help make those gains.

Before you go “UGH!” which I know many of you would have thought, I can assure you, these brownies are, to die for. They are packed with chocolatey goodness whilst still being incredibly healthy and a super delicious and nutritious healthy dessert.
