These healthy breakfast ideas will help you to have a bright energized morning! They say breakfast is the most important meal of the day and even if it’s not scientifically proven it does make a difference when you skip it.

Having a good breakfast is vital to start up your day with energy as it will give you the right nutrients to feel good and this will be reflected in your performance. Sometimes you run out of recipes or get tired of having always the same morning meal, that is why these healthy breakfast ideas will help you to expand your cookbook and stay healthy at the same time.

1. Oatmeal with fresh fruits

Oatmeal is such a lovely cereal, you can get a yummy oatmeal bowl in less than 10 minutes as it cooks very fast and takes few ingredients. It adds a protein and fiber boost to your diet plus, it’s a gluten-free option.

Get some instant oats, add some milk into a pot and cook them for over five minutes. Add your favorite fresh fruits, a pinch of cinnamon and some maple syrup or honey to give it that extra yumminess.
