1. Chicken and Broccoli Stir-fry

The simplest of all fried food recipes but one that’s great-tasting! Fry diced chicken in a pan until its almost cooked through, then add Chinese five-spice.

Then, fry broccoli florets until they become crisp. Add to the pan small quantities of garlic and ginger, a pinch of salt, and half a cup of soy sauce, allowing to simmer for a few minutes before being served on a bed of fluffy rice.

2. Beef Stir-Fry

Another delicious stir fry to whip up on a fall evening! Simply fry beef strips until browned before adding sliced peppers, onion, garlic and two tablespoons of oyster sauce and soy sauce each to the pan.

Soon after, add in diced vegetables of your choice and fry until lightly crisped before allowing to gently simmer, served with noodles or rice.

A basic but delicious fried fall recipe to quickly get your fried-food fix!

Simply slice up potatoes into coin shapes and fry in a well-oiled pan. Season with rosemary, salt, pepper, and herbs, before frying until golden brown, a crispy delight!

4. Squash and Sausage Fried Rice

A fried recipe you sure don’t want to miss out on this fall!

Fry diced sausages in the pan until cooked through, then add pan-ready rice and chopped cubes of zucchini squash before adding 3-4 cups of chicken broth.

Add to the mixture onion, parsley and vegetables before allowing to simmer and then serving.

A delightful seasonal fried fall recipe that’s a must-try!

Cut up chunks of pumpkin and season with salt and pepper. Then melt butter in a deep frying pan and add the pumpkin, cooking until golden brown and tender.

Have it on its own or add to the pan bacon, onion and garlic to complement this fried fall classic!

6. Shrimp Teriyaki Stir-Fry

For this seasonal stir-fry, you’re going to start off by frying shrimp in a well-oiled pan and any pan-ready vegetables of your choosing for a few minutes before removing them from the pan.

Then, bring to the boil a mixture of soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger and two tablespoons of water before adding the shrimp and veg back in and frying further for a quick and easy fall fried fix packed with nutrition!

7. Chicken Cauliflower Fried-Rice

Another staple fried fall recipe for a care-free evening. Start by blending cauliflower until its rice-size and mix in a bowl with pan-ready rice.

Then, add diced chicken into the pan, adding garlic, onion, carrots, and peas once the chicken has browned, before mixing in the cauliflower rice alongside half a cup of soy sauce and allowing to fry for a further five minutes.

8. Noodle Vegetable Stir-Fry

A great vegetarian option for getting your fried fall fix!

For this recipe, you’ll want to start off by frying green beans, peppers and mushrooms until crisped and then adding half a cup of soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and pepper.

Then, boil noodles, drain, and add to the pan alongside diced onion and beansprouts for a quick and healthy fried meal perfect for fall!

9. Fried Pumpkin Fritters

A sweet option that makes for a cheeky delightful fried fall dessert!

In one bowl, mix together flour, sugar, cinnamon and baking powder. In another, whisk eggs until blended and add 100% pure pumpkin, then add the contents of each bowl together.

Drop tablespoons of the batter mixture into an oiled pan and fry each for five minutes until golden brown. Finally, sprinkle each with cinnamon sugar and then serve with ice cream.

10. Peanut Sauce Stir-Fry

Another seasonal stir-fry with a unique and great-tasting sauce-base!

Heat chilli oil and fry garlic, ginger and carrots for 3-4 minutes in the pan. Add mushrooms and mange-tout before frying together with soy sauce and peanut butter until well blended. Serve with boiled noodles for a delicious fried fall meal!
