Green is, in my opinion, one of the most under-rated colours. It’s always in camo-patterned clothing and rarely in anything else. Women have started to reclaim it for their fashion, but where to find it in men’s coats? I’ll help you there. I think green does all the right things, it’s regal, luxurious, sexy and just a small step up from the standard of navy blue. Here are 8 evergreen men’s coats that will make heads turn.
1. Long-line
Perfect for when it’s not quite warm enough for a spring jacket, these are sure to keep you cosy and work with most outfits. In addition, they make good blankets if someone’s sitting in the back of the car complaining about how cold it is!
2. The trench coat
These ones are made of wool so you can be sure that they are extra thick and luxurious! Just like the previous coats, these long ones are bound to keep you warm while also making all eyes focus on you. Get one with a wide collar and you have suave and comfy in one!

Let’s get real for a second, who doesn’t love tweed? It may look dated and remind you of that one teacher from your childhood, but why does that mean it can’t look good? Accessorise it right and you might just look like the smartest in the room. Bonus points if you get a matching waistcoat and trousers.

You can also re-wax your coats to keep them looking brand new and lasting for a much longer time than a non-waxed coat.

Padded jackets with down or synthetic fibres are amongst the warmest and light-weight you can get. There are also more variations than any coat I have ever seen. Perfect for a winter walk or a hike this can be paired with almost anything and still look great!
8. Wool n leather
Soft and warm if you get the highest quality, this is bound to be one of the treasured pieces of clothing. This will definitely not be out in summer, otherwise you might just melt, but bring it out for those frosty mornings and you basically won’t feel the cold at all.
