From a cute walk in the park to a classic dinner and movie, there is something on here that will suit everyone ( or nearly everyone at least).
1. The Roman Bath’s
The Roman Bath’s are both educational and picturesque so not only can you snap so cute pictures of your date but you can also learn a lot about Bath and it’s history. You can visit before or after a meal or just as a stand-alone activity. Any date should enjoy visiting here and if you are a student in Bath then you can get free entry, so it’s also cheap. There is also a free audio tour of the Bath’s so if your date is super boring at least you can listen to that instead, there’s some pretty interesting stuff on there about the Goddess of Wisdom, Minerva.
2. Tivilo
This is a new hot spot for dates in Bath. It is a one-stop shop for all your ideal date as it is a restaurant, lounge bar and cinema. So if it’s just a casual drink your after then you can stop off here and if you are really getting on, perhaps see a movie after. Additionally, you can do a slightly more luxurious version of dinner and a movie, either way, you are sure to enjoy. It is also very close to the train station and the bus station so if you are working a long distance relationship then this place could be convenient for you.
3. Walking tour
There is so much to see in Bath so if you are maybe strapped for cash or the weather is nice then a walking tour of Bath would be great. Some people arrange and guide tours free of charge or you can make up your own and hit all the nice spots such as Pulteney Bridge, Bath Abbey, Royal Crescent, Prior Park, River Avon and Parade Gardens. And whilst you are out and about you can pop into some shops, browse and maybe buy a little memento of your date.
4. Sweet Little Things
This beautiful cafe has decor to die for and is nice and tucked away from the hustle and bustle of a city like Bath. With lots on the menu, you can have a quick coffee and a spot of cake or even stay for lunch. There is plenty of alternatives for those with dietary requirements or preferences and an elaborate feature wall where you can get a cute insta worthy pic of your date. With the adorable ambience and reasonable prices, this is certainly a cafe you should stop off in during any date.
5. Royal Victoria Park
This is an adorable park just outside the centre of Bath where you could take a brisk walk or a plentiful picnic in the nice weather. And even if the weather isn’t great, it the winter there is an ice rink where you can skate to your heart’s content – fully kitted out with an alpine bar where you and your date could enjoy a drink or two. It is budget friendly and features stunning botanical gardens and even an adventure golf course! Perhaps if your date has a cute dog they can even bring them along, so what is not to love here?
