Best Vegetarian Dinner Recipes You Need To Try
According to recent news it is important we start to take care of our planet since really bad things could happen. If you live under a rock and haven’t heard about it, here’s a link to an article in The Guardian about global warming. One of the things you could do to help the environment is to eat less meat. I know that to some people transforming to vegan or vegetarian is not an option, but I feel like we all could use a healthy meal once in a while. Just try having some of your meals without meat and you could help not only your own health but the planet as well. To help you, I’ve created a list of the best vegetarian dinner recipes you really need to try!
1. Fried rice with vegetables
One of the quickest meals you can do, so it’s perfect for students or generally lazy people. It’s also quite cheap if you’re on a budget. The great thing about it is that every time you do this recipe you can use different frozen or fresh veggies – whatever is in your fridge will work perfectly!

5.Black bean tacos
This one is great if you want to fill up on healthy plant-based proteins! If you want to be even healthier you can make the tortillas yourself, but if you are busy or just can’t be bothered you can always buy some (but opt for wholegrain, they are better for you!). Black beans are the only ingredient you really need, any veggies you want to add to your tacos you can choose according to your preferences.

The last recipe I want to share with you today is probably the fanciest of all of them. However, even though it doesn’t sound like it at first, like the others it is quite quick to make. You can eat this as a meal, but I feel like it would make a great side dish as well.
