Many yogis take trips abroad to travel destinations for yoga retreats to relieve even more stress, and work on their existing practice, as well as discover new yoga techniques to help improve their practice. Although a yoga retreat does not just involve practicing yoga as it also involves healthy eating, meditation, and meeting new people which all involve a process of personal growth. You can also get your teacher training qualification at some retreats, which is an great intensive experience and allows you to vastly improve your practice.
