1. Mango – blueberries chia pudding
Prepare this tasty and easy dessert this summer! Chia seeds are known for their anti-inflammatory virtues and will help you keep full for longer.
Method:
You will need the following ingredients:
2 mangos, 2 handfuls of blueberries, 50cl of coconut milk, 5 tablespoons of chia seeds, 1 lime, 2 tablespoons of maple syrup.
Mix the chia seeds with the coconut milk and let the mixture be in the fridge. Keep the lime’s zest. Blend together the mangos, the lime’s juice and maple syrup until you end up with a smooth mixture.
Take out the chia seeds from the fridge and dispose the mixture into different glasses. Pour the mango sauce over the solidified chia seeds and milk. Add some blueberries as topping.
Put it aside for a couple of hours before enjoying it.
2. Â Cashew/ Perry cream
Enjoy this delicious cream dessert on a Sunday afternoon! Â Easy to prepare, this cream will delight you and your friends – it’s definitely one of our favourite summer desserts!
Method:
What you will need:
2 perries, 200ml of almond milk, 100gr of cashew nuts, 1 tablespoon of agave syrup, 1/2 teaspoon of agar agar, 1 pinch of vanilla.
Let the cashews in water overnight. In a big pan, mix the agar agar, agave syrup and the milk. Let it boil for 10 sec then stop. Mix the perries and the cashews so as to obtain a smooth mixture. Pour the mixture into the pan. Mix well together. Dispose the cream into small glasses and put them in the fridge. Let them there for at least 1 hour. Enjoy!
3. Vegetal chocolate mousse
Everybody loves a chocolate mousse, but sometimes it can be quite heavy on the stomach. Try this alternative chocolate mousse prepared with vegetal milk – a lot lighter, you will enjoy this dessert without feeling guilty.
Method:
You will need: 135gr of chickpeas juice, 200gr of raw chocolate, 2 tablespoons of vegetal milk, 1 tablespoon of brown sugar.
Put the chocolate and the milk in a pan and cook it until the chocolate melts and you have a milky mixture. Let it cool.
Batter the chickpeas juice and add brown sugar. Mix it with the melted chocolate. Dispose the mixture into small glasses and let it cool down for 4 hours at least.

4. Mango soup
Try this refreshing soup and enjoy this dessert.
2 mangos, 2 oranges, 1 lemon, 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, 4 mint leaves.
Press the juice out of the lemon and oranges. Mix together the mangos, the sugar and the juice. Mix again. Add the mint leaves as a topping.
5. Red Fruit Snack bars
Prepare this dessert and use it as a snack to work, to school or to the gym. Very practical and easy to prepare, you will love these bars – they will keep you full for longer thanks to the chia seeds. Red fruits are known for their antioxidant virtues as well.
Method:
Crush 70gr of almonds. Mix 5 dates cut into pieces, 40gr of grated coconut, 1/4 if a teaspoon of ginger, 2 tablespoons of coconut oil. Mix until you have a sort of a paste. Use the 4/5 of the paste and dispose it in a plate.
Mix 100gr of red fruit with 1 tablespoon of chia seeds. Wait for 10 minutes until the mixture solidifies.
Cover the paste with the mixture. As a topping, crush the rest of the paste on the snack bars.
6. Apples/Oat cookies
Cookies are delicious and they are loved by many. Prepare them yourself and bring to work, school or the gym.
Method:
Cut 2 apples into small pieces. Put them in a bowl. Then add 2 eggs, 100gr of brown sugar, 60gr of butter and mix everything energetically.
Add to the mix 150gr of oats, 180gr of dough and 1 tablespoon of cinnamon powder.
Make little dumplings, and cook them for 15min in the oven.
7. Apple/Maca compote
Try this light and healthy compote. This dessert is very easy to prepare.
Method:
Take 4 apples and cut them into pieces. Peel and cut 1 piece of ginger. Cook the ginger with the apples in a pan. Add 1 glass of water for 15 mins. Take out the pieces of ginger and put the cooked apples in a blender, add the juice from 1 lemon, 1 pinch of cinnamon and 1 tablespoon of maca powder. Mix everything together.
8. Chocolate Banana Cream
Try this chocolate cream and enjoy it with some grilled toasts. Ideal for breakfast!
Method:
Froze 1 banana 24 hours before preparing the cream. Then, blend it.
In a glass, mix 10cl of vegetal milk with 2 teaspoons of cocoa. Add 1 tablespoon of almond powder to the chocolate milk.
Mix everything together.
Use nuts, muesli as a topping.
9. Iced melons
This dessert is perfect for hot summer days, especially if you don’t want to eat anything too sugary or heavy.
Method:
You’ll need 2 melons. Peel and cut them. Blend the fruit with 2 tablespoons of sugar. Pour the mixture into small moulds and leave in the fridge for 24 hours.

10. Mango-Kiwi ice-cream
Completely fresh and exotic, you will love this dessert! Mango and kiwi taste great together.
Method:
Prepare the syrup: take a pan and cook 20cl water with 200gr of sugar. Mix gently until it boils, then continue cooking for a couple of minutes when it boils. Put aside, and let it cool.
Take 250gr of kiwis and 250gr of mangos, and turn them into mash. Add the juice of 1 lemon and the syrup to the fruits.
Beat 1 egg white until it’s firm. Add to the fruits. Add a little bit of water an mix again.
Froze for 5 hours approximately.
