Two brothers, two teachers with years of pizza-based experience though, who decided to begin a new educational path: educating Bristolians about great pizzas. A mastery dough, that follow the secret recipe of Fabrizio Mancinetti – head chef and winner of pizza chef of the year in 2016 – which donates to the pizzas a puffy crust and unique flavour.
