This year marks the 50th Anniversary of Ralph Lauren so naturally everyone turned out to celebrate fifty years of the brand. With the show based in central park, you could tell it was going to something special and the guest list matched the location. Attendees such as Blake Lively, Stephen Spielberg, even Hillary Clinton and many more all graced the anniversary and naturally, all dressed to impress. Here are The Best Celebrity Looks from the 50th Anniversary Show.
Chastain lit up New York in a bright yellow tulle dress that elegantly draped over one shoulder and paired the ensemble with metallic peep toe heels. She looked dazzling in a colour intended for spring but made it work for the milestone occasion. After all, what’s 50 years without a bit of gold?
The Oceans 8 actress looked very dapper in a black trouser suit. But what’s a Ralph Lauren show without a dapper suit? The embellished blazer was anything but boring, and with the crisp white shirt tucked into high waisted trousers Hathaway looked sensationally chic and so very elegant.
Lively also suited up for the 50th Anniversary of Ralph Lauren. Hers included tails, an angelic white waistcoat, a polka dot pocket square and a cane – yep, that’s right a cane. She paired the look with black peep toe heels (pom poms attached at the front) and her California girl hair in big, beachy waves.
The boys also turned out for the 50 years of Ralph Lauren. Hiddleston was adorned in a Navy Blue suit over a clean white shirt. With black lapels and Navy bow tie to match, Hiddleston looked every bit the leading man.
The model stunned in a beautiful cream, floor length blazer dress. The silk lapels draped into a large V, and the dress split just above the knee. Whiteley paired the look with matching heels, and a satin bag with her hair draped in waves down one shoulder, she kept an equal balance between sexy and sophisticated at the 50th Anniversary.
What’s a Ralph Lauren FROW without Olivia Palermo? She rocked a black jumpsuit that stayed sheer from the shoulders all the way to the wrists. The jumpsuit draped down at the back giving the appearance of a cape and Palermo pieced the whole look together with a floral clutch bag and dramatic cat eyes.
Taylor Hill looked beautiful at the 50th Anniversary in a floor length, white lace dress. The ensemble came with a high neckline and draped right down past the feet making the model look impossibly tall. She kept her hair in natural waves and her makeup simple so as not to distract from the dress.
Elgort also sported a suit to the event, though with a slight twist. His suit jacket had a slightly higher neck than usual and belted around the waist in a sort of military fashion. Pieced together with a jet black bow tie the Ralph Lauren ambassador looked super cool.
Williams turned up to the Ralph Lauren shindig in a gorgeous floor length satin dress. The dusty black looked effortlessly elegant on the actress who stood tall in a pair of black court heels. With the high neckline emphasizing her slicked back hair, Williams looked minimal but effortless.
Aldridge was another vision in black as she stood on the red carpet for the 50th Anniversary Ralph Lauren show. Her dress draped to the floor with a plunging V for the neckline. A cape hung over her shoulders that made her look appropriately sophisticated without dropping an ounce of the models elegance.
