5 Best ASMR YouTubers To Help Combat Your Anxiety

ASMR YouTubers and ASMR as a whole, the newest online trend, are growing in popularity, especially those YouTubers whose content is based around helping you to fall asleep, to feel less anxious, and to relieve stress.

ASMR, or autonomous sensory meridian response, is an experience that can some people feel tingles down their body, or otherwise just helps you calm down and breathe. While some avoid ASMR and find it cringeworthy, others swear by it for relaxation and anxiety relief.

If you enjoy ASMR, these are our top 5 ASMR YouTubers to help combat your anxiety and leave you feeling relaxed and pampered.

1. Olivia Kissper ASMR

Olivia Kissper ASMR has about 325,000 subscribers on YouTube and was born in the Czech Republic, and her accent is definitely part of the relaxing element in her videos. Unlike other ASMR YouTubers, she has a psychology background and consciousness studies, so many of her videos explore different techniques with tingles, meditation, and sleep hypnosis. She also has videos dedicated to sleep relaxation, spa roleplay, and roleplays for anxiety and sleep.

Olivia uploads weekly but also has over 400 uploads on her YouTube channel, so you definitely won’t run out of content with her videos. She also has another YouTube channel, Liv Unbound, which centres around self-improvement and changing your mind, not in the ASMR theme.

2. WhispersAudios ASMR

GwenGwiz ASMR is not one of the most frequent ASMR YouTubers, posting twice a week, but she also does videos on her channels akin to beauty gurus like try-on hauls, makeup routines, and beauty favourites, all in the theme of ASMR.

Gwen is Canadian and has over nearly 400,000 subscribers on YouTube, as well as a second channel for non-ASMR videos and an aesthetic Instagram feed. Some other ASMR videos include spa, medical, and big sister roleplays, and her style is sure to relax you.
